Returns
Most merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original shipping date. Sale items purchased in the Outlet section are not eligible for return. As cushions are made-to-order items, they are not eligible for return or cancellation after purchase. All returns are subject to the following terms:
- Client must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) prior to returning shipment.
- Authorized returns will be shipped at the buyer’s expense.
- Merchandise must be returned to our Production Facility located in Santa Fe Springs, CA. Our showrooms are not able to accept or process any returns or exchanges.
- In order to qualify for a refund, merchandise must arrive in perfect saleable condition, in its original packaging.
- Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Shop JANUS et Cie reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Any paid freight or service charges are not refundable.
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
- If an order is returned due to incorrect address or non-delivery, the client is responsible for all return freight charges and a restocking fee of 25%. Upon receipt of the refused delivery, we will issue a credit to your account less the applicable fees.
Additionally, the following purchases are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Fabric
- Special order items
- All sale items
- Cushions
- Items purchased with designer net pricing
