Will my order be taxed?
Sales tax is charged for items shipped to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI and WA. Sales tax rate varies by jurisdiction and will be displayed at the time of checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
What are your available fabric colors for cushions?
We are pleased to offer a beautiful assortment of standard fabric options, available as cushions to be selected with corresponding furniture. These options can be selected before adding items to your shopping cart. Please note that only Whitewash cushions purchased with full price furniture are eligible for returns. Can I view the products in person?
Here at Shop JANUS et Cie, we offer several exclusive collections, as well as distinctive furnishings and chic accessories not available in our showrooms. However, in certain cases, You may be able to view some of our in-line furniture and accessories in person at a JANUS et Cie Showroom. If you live near a JANUS et Cie Showroom, or will be traveling in a city where one of our showrooms is located, we strongly advise calling the showroom first to confirm whether or not the item(s) you are wishing to view are available to do so. Also, please bear in mind that our showrooms are not retail stores, and days/hours of operation should be confirmed before your visit. How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders over $750 delivered within the contiguous U.S. 48 states*. Orders under $750 are subject to the freight charges displayed in our Shipping Policy. Please note that items purchased with designer net pricing are subject to freight charges, which will be displayed at checkout. Our standard service is carton curbside delivery in which the carrier delivers the boxed items to your door and items will not be brought inside your home. White glove delivery is available upon request for an additional charge of $215 for the first item and $15 per piece thereafter. With White Glove Delivery, items are brought into your home, most are unpacked and assembled, and the packaging is removed. Exceptions include any items requiring home installation. If your order is being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, you will receive a freight quote upcharge from our Client Services team after the order is placed. You will have the opportunity to approve the freight quote before the order is processed.
Where do you ship?
Orders can be delivered to anywhere in the United States and Canada. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. If you would like to inquire about shipping to the United States territories (such as Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands) or Canadian shipping with brokerage clearance service, please use this link to contact us for assistance.
Do you ship to Canada or other international destinations?
Although JANUS et Cie ships products worldwide, our web store only supports delivery to US destinations at the moment. Please review our Shipping Policy for more information on international deliveries and brokerage clearance. We will be expanding our delivery destinations, please be sure to inquire with our Client Services team about deliveries to your desired country.
What are your order processing times?
Order processing times vary by products. Please note that glass tops and cushions are made to order. Your order will usually ship within the stated processing time below:
- In Stock Items - 1 week
- Items with Glass Top - 2 weeks
- Items with Cushion - 4-5 weeks
What is my order status?
Order status updates are communicated via email. You can also find additional information regarding your order by logging into My Account. If you need additional assistance please submit an inquiry on our Contact Us page.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. Please save all of your paperwork and packaging materials and contact us within three (3) days for further assistance. You will need to submit photos documenting the damage, along with the photos of the original shipping carton via email so that we may start processing your freight claim.

Do you charge tax if I have a resale certificate?
With a valid resale certificate for the delivery location, sales tax will not be charged for your order. Simply place your order online and submit your resale certificate to us. Once your order has been processed, sales tax will be removed from your final order total.
Do you offer any trade discounts to design professionals?
Yes, please fill out our Trade Registration form here to apply for trade price authorization as a trade professional. With your account you will receive trade pricing on select accessories, manage your orders, create authorized purchaser accounts and much more.
